Gas Station Sushi
The Collective
We print other people's work, pay them most of the money, and don't make it hard to leave.
The Collective is how Gas Station Sushi carries art that isn't ours. You keep your copyright, you keep every other right to your work, and you get 70% of what it earns. Everything is printed, laminated, and cut by hand in our own shop in Colorado. Your files never go to a print broker or a print-on-demand service, and no generative AI touches any part of the process.
We're small and we're picky, but we're not precious. If your work is good and it's yours, we want to see it.
The deal, in plain terms
- You get 70%. Of net revenue on every unit sold, paid monthly by the 15th, with a statement showing the math. You can ask to see the underlying sales records any time.
- You keep your copyright. All of it. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
- Non-exclusive, always. Sell the same piece yourself, license it to five other people, print it on your own shirts. We're one outlet, not the outlet.
- Leave whenever. Thirty days notice, no fee, no penalty, no minimum term. If there's leftover stock of your work, you can take it, free.
- Bring people, earn more. Refer an artist who joins and your own share goes up 5 points, permanently. Up to 85%. It comes out of our cut, never theirs.
- Collaborate freely. Two Collective artists on one piece each get their own rate on their portion. Teaming up never costs either of you anything.
- No AI, no outsourcing. Not in the art, not in the layouts, not in the product photos, not in the copy. All production stays under our roof.
6.66% of every order Gas Station Sushi takes, including yours, goes to The Satanic Temple.
