Welcome to Gas Station Sushi. We make weird little stickers and we're glad you're here. The fun part is the stickers; this part is the fine print. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below, so please give them a read.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at gasstationsushi.ink (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site and store are owned and operated by Meliora Macon Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Gas Station Sushi.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You also represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

We sell physical die-cut and printed stickers. Because every item is printed, laminated, and cut by hand, slight variations in color, cut, finish, and placement are normal and are part of the handmade character of the product — they are not defects. Product images are representations; actual colors may vary depending on your screen.

Certain products, including mystery or "Dumpster Grab" packs, contain randomized or assorted contents. The specific designs in any randomized product are not guaranteed and are part of the intended surprise nature of the product.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes and shipping.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that involve quantities suggesting intent to resell. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, text, and other content on the Site and on our products are the property of Meliora Macon Media, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Gas Station Sushi" and associated branding are our trademarks.

When you buy a sticker, you're buying the physical sticker for personal use. You are not granted any right to copy, scan, reproduce, redistribute, manufacture, or resell our designs or products, in any format, for any commercial purpose, without our prior written permission. Unauthorized reproduction of our artwork is a violation of these Terms and of applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to scrape, copy, or harvest its content for commercial use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meliora Macon Media, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your purchase or use of any product. In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meliora Macon Media, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
