The short version

Everything is printed, laminated, cut, and packed by hand in Aurora, Colorado. Your order isn't pulled off a warehouse shelf — it's assembled by an actual person (hi <3). Hang tight; good trash takes a minute.

Processing time

Orders are hand-assembled and typically ship within 5 business days of being placed.

Dumpster Grab mystery packs are built to order — each one is packed individually, ticket and all — so they may take an extra day or two during busy stretches. You'll get an email the moment yours goes out the door.

Where we ship

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping methods & rates

Stickers travel light, so most orders ship via USPS. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on what you ordered and where it's headed. Orders over $35 ship free.

Delivery estimates

Once your order is in USPS's hands, domestic delivery usually runs 3–7 business days. The postal service has its own moods, so these are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your shipping label is created, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking where available.

Heads up: to keep shipping cheap on small single-sticker orders, those may go out as standard letter mail, which doesn't always include tracking. Anything larger ships with tracking.

If something goes sideways

Lost in transit — If tracking stalls out, give it 7 business days past the delivery estimate, then email us. We'll help chase it down.

Arrived damaged — Snap a photo within 7 days of delivery and send it our way. We'll make it right with a replacement.

Wrong address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it's in their custody. We can't control postal delays or mishaps, but we'll always help you sort it out.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order or shipping total. Delivery times vary widely and can take 2–6 weeks depending on customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
